Is it legal to sell beer online?

Yes. Upon delivery, you will be asked for your signature and ID to verify that you are of legal drinking age (19+). The name of the shipment must match the person accepting or picking up the parcel. 

Where will you ship?

We ship anywhere in Canada. In Ontario orders over $125 are free otherwise there's a flat rate of $20. In every other province shipping fees are calculated by Canada Post.

What are your local delivery details?

Delivery is available to Sarnia, Point Edward, Bright's Grove, Mooretown and Corunna. We use a local delivery service called On The Dot. All orders over $25 in Sarnia have free shipping.  All orders over $50 in BG, Mooretown and Corunna have free shipping.  Otherwise there is a $7.50(+hst) charge.

    What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

    If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please send us a photo of your parcel as well as the order number to info@refinedfool.com.

    What is your refund policy?

    For merch items we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at info@refinedfool.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
